Do you run group tours?
No. Every tour and experience is private to your party. We never add other guests.
How far ahead should we get in touch?
As early as you can. Some studios and stables take only a few visitors a month, so several weeks of notice gives us the best chance to book you on your preferred dates. But always reach out to see what we can do.
Can you plan a trip we take on our own?
Yes. Our Custom Trips service covers the plan and the bookings, and we stay reachable by message while you travel.
Can we book an interpreter without a tour?
Yes. Our bilingual guides can join business meetings, family visits or appointments you have arranged yourself.
